The ZAP&GO is the first supercapacitor-based charger for smart phones. The lights on the ZAP&GO will illuminate the full charge state, as it takes 2-3 minutes to fully charge internal graphen-based supercapacitor. The capacity of ZAP&GO portable charger is 1,500 mAh. It makes this charger an excellent energy backup for situations when there is no power outlet to use convenient charger. This application shows how certain advantages of supercapacitors, such as fast charging rate, can be embodied in a smart design for consumer device.
